We are also adding additional club apparel including hoodies, sweatpants, and t-shirts at a lower cost through the club. These items are optional and available for athletes and families.

Jerseys:

Each Velocity Volleyball Academy athlete must purchase:

  • 1 Black Jersey

  • Athletes designated libero are required to purchase a white jersey

  • Athletes not assigned libero are not required to purchase a white jersey

*These jerseys are required for competition and must be ordered through the official Velocity gear store. The club will not supply jerseys for athletes.

*If you have a jersey from last year, the jerseys are close enough that you do not need to purchase a new one.

Duplicate numbers:

It is the policy of VVA to keep consistent uniforms year to year, when duplicate jersey numbers occur, seniority takes presedence. An athlete who was rostered with VVA in the previous season retains the right to that jersey number, even if another athlete at the same age level previously wore or requests that number. Athletes new to the team or age group will be required to select a different available number. Jersey number assignments are finalized by the club director and coaching staff.
